What will you do?
We’re looking for an exceptional and experienced Growth Lead to help us scale up Circles via paid and organic marketing channels.
In your day-to-day, you’ll run our paid marketing, develop new channels and partnerships, and create and launch different campaigns and initiatives from scratch. You’ll manage online partnerships across various platforms, and communicate with potential business partners. Our ideal candidate is a data-driven individual who can carefully monitor and measure performance and optimize each initiative accordingly.
- Build, own and grow Circles acquisition activity across multiple platforms and partnerships, including paid media, SEO, and affiliate marketing.
- Own performance marketing (hands-on) from A-Z in order to drive company growth.
- Utilize our data and tools to improve efficiency, delivery cycles, and decision-making
- Implement testing methodologies to ensure constant improvement of KPIs.
- 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing (preferably for startup/tech companies).
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing & user acquisition
- Experience leading and launching cross-department initiatives
- Analytical skills and experience working with large data sets
- Extreme attention to detail and proven ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
- Native English speaker
