We are looking for a talented sales/customer success manager to join our journey and make emotional support available to everyone everywhere; This person will help onboard new members to our platform and will ensure their experience is a positive one.

- Initiate outbound and inbound sales call/chat with prospects.
- Manage leads pipeline in CRM.
- Provide support to new members in the first month on the platform.
- Drive, Grit, Team Oriented: strong desire to compete and win
- +1 years of experience in working with tech startup
- Excellent listening, super organized and great communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (west coast time)
- Native English speaker (American English)
