We asked the Circles leaders a few questions...

When was the last time you felt you really helped make the world better?

What if I’m feeling completely overwhelmed right now. What can I do for real immediate relief?

What’s something surprising that comes up in the Circles?

All Circle therapists are professionally trained, with extensive experience in their respective field and in providing individual and group emotional support. All therapists undergo an internal Circles vetting and training process, to make sure their approach and caregiving techniques match our professional standards. Circle therapists are trained social workers, psychologists, and therapists.

Membership starts at $20 a week, billed weekly. At the moment. Membership includes a live weekly workshop with a professional therapist, unlimited access to our specialized content, exercises, and webinars, 24/7 support, and messaging capabilities with other members and your therapist.

Group meetings last for one hour and meet once a week. Each group is composed of the same group of people (up to 7) each week, though there may occasionally be new additions to the group if space opens up. The workshop will be guided by the same therapist every week, who will lead the group discussion and provide specific exercises and tools that fit the workshop members’ needs. If you don’t feel like talking or sharing, that’s ok. You can just listen. But we do require everyone to have their camera on live during the session, to ensure full trust and transparency within the group. If you choose to use a nickname in the group, that’s fine.

If you’d like to join a free, sample workshop to see what it’s like, please click here. We have free workshops every day to provide emotional support to people in need.
